Make sure we have your preferred contact information so we can quickly assist you with your energy service or contact you during an emergency.
Contact information
Please take a few minutes to sign in to your account and use the “Update profile” link to verify or update:
- Phone number
- Email address
Notifications
You can request billing and payment notifications by text, email or both — so you never miss a payment.
From the Account Summary page, simply scroll down to Preferences and select “Manage notification settings.” Choose the options and contact methods that meet your needs.
Sign in to My Account to verify and update your contact information and notification settings.
