It’s important that we have your contact information so we can quickly reach you during an emergency or assist you with your energy service.
Update contact information
Please take a few minutes to sign in to your account and use the “Update profile” link to verify or update:
- Phone number
- Email address
Stay informed with notifications
Easily opt in to receive billing and payment notifications by text, email or both — so you never miss a payment.
From the Account Summary page, simply scroll down to Preferences and select “Manage notification settings.” Choose the options and contact methods that meet your needs.
